Favorite Film Actors

My current 30 favorite film actors, separated into "old/classic" (20) and "new/modern" (10), to keep it easier for me to categorize them. Ranking is subject to change, although William Holden is always number one. Favorites lists tend, by nature, to be fickle and prone to constant adjustment, and this list is no exception!

  1. I love your list! We have a few of the same faves, especially that beautiful Bill Holden at the top of both our lists. Lee Marvin took a tumble, didn't he? I thought he was much higher up...or maybe it's that "The Dirty Dozen" (which stars him, right?) is your favorite movie.

I'm not very familiar with your modern guys, but I do know that Russell Crowe will be starring in the Les Miserables which is being released on Christmas. We have already planned to take it in on opening day.

    Thanks for sharing your list.

    1. Yep, Dirty Dozen is in my top five movies of all time. Lee Marvin, like the others, tends to shift up or down depending on whether I'm watching him in anything currently. And I realized I left Ernest Borgnine off, when he should really be on here. LOL! The list is never final, is it!

    1. Thanks. I also love meeting other people who love William Holden's work. He remains my number one as well.
